Patch only, not the full video... 
If you have already downloaded the Vivid fansub release of Owari no Seraph - 01, 
Then you can apply this patch to make it Dual Audio by adding the English Dub track. 
Also this patch contains extra Subtitle tracks too :) 
Sings and Songs, and Subs for Japanese Audio... 
There are two really good fansub groups doing Seraph, [b]Vivid[/b] and [b]DerpDesuYo[/b] (DameDesuYo + Derp Subs Joint)... 
And here the synced DerpDesuYo subs are included... And they have Karaoke for OP,ED :)

If you know and have used XDELTA, then you don't need any help...
